Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basis on which Surendra Electrician Services provides its website and contracting services.
Services
We provide electrical contracting, panel installation, home automation and maintenance services in accordance with IS/IEC standards. Every project begins with a site survey and a written quotation.
Quotations & payments
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from handover, subject to normal use. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials.
Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorised modifications, third-party interventions or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
